Orders and reservations

When you submit a form, La Pizza de Nina receives your name, email address, phone number, requested time and, depending on the request, your basket contents or number of guests. This information is used only to process your request and email you a confirmation, refusal or cancellation. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request.

The server recalculates prices from the official menu; it does not trust amounts supplied by a browser. No payment or bank-card information is processed on this website.

Retention

Requests and contact details are kept for the time needed to process them, and for no more than twelve months after the last exchange unless the law requires otherwise. Technical data used to prevent abuse is pseudonymised and retained for a limited period.

Recipients and providers

Only Sabrina METGE accesses requests through the protected management area. Cloudflare provides hosting, database, delivery and website security. Resend delivers transactional emails to customers. These providers process only the data needed for the service and its security. See the privacy policies of Cloudflare and Resend.

Your rights

Depending on your circumstances, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of its use, or object to certain processing. Contact us by phone or post. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

Security

The management area has no password specific to this website. It is protected by Cloudflare Access and a one-time code sent to the authorised email address. Administrative access and changes are logged to help detect misuse.

Cookies and local storage

The public site uses no advertising or audience-measurement cookies. The ordering page uses local browser storage solely to remember your basket temporarily. Learn more on our Cookies page.
